I am currently using vista build 5384 and I have a rather annoying problem.

I use a small application called "intelligentwakeup" to boot up my computer
after midnight and to turn off my computer at 5 am.

the program works well in Windows Vista but here's the problem :
Each time my computer boots up the security dialog comes up asking
permission for my application to run or not... We all know this freezes the
computer until u either allow it to run or don’t.
wich basically means I need to be sitting behind the computer to make my
schedules work . this of course is not the idea so I was wondering if anyone
knew how to always allow this program to work or if anyone has another idea
please tell me
