I just close it and continue, but my system is very slow and encounter unplanned closures and many performence problems.
I tried to check google for this DLL and it does not exist.

Re: Run DLL, Module not Found, C:\USER\dc54~1\aPPdATA\Local\Temp\iifdefda.dll

You're seeing the signs of an infection.
Suggest you download and *save* Malwarebytes Anti-malware:
http://www.malwarebytes.org

Click the Download free version button.
Once the download completes close all open programs and browsers.
Install MBAM (mbam-setup.exe) with the system connected to the internet.
Allow it to update it's definitions during it's installation process.
Once MBAM is installed it should open automatically, if not, please open it.

Put a mark next to Quick scan and then click the Scan button.
When the scan is done click the Show results button.
Make sure everything that was detected is checked and then click the
Remove selected button.

Please post the MBAM log. If nothing was detected, please let us know.
The log is located at

Users\<YourUseName>\AppData\Roaming\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes'
Anti-Malware\Logs

It can also be accessed from within MBAM. Just click the Logs tab after
you open it.
