Hello all you guys,



I have a problem with my laptop, which I'd like your assistance for.
I bought a laptop in Sweden, and when I got it, the OS (Vista SP1)
language and everything is in Swedish. Now I want to change it to
English. I found on Vista's site that I can download a language pack
through Windows Update, and after you install it, it will change the OS
language. Now, the problem is that I can't find Windows Update location.
I've tried every solution that I think (Start-> All Programs-> Windows
Update...where it should be, but it's not; Control Panel-> Security->
System and Maintenance-> Windows Update; Search: Windows Update), but I
can't find it anywhere.

some help would be appreciated very much

Start - run - wupdmgr

Are you sure? On mine (Vista Ultimate SP") it's Winkey-R (no Run on the
start menu by default) - wuapp. Or Start - All Programs - Accessories -
Run - wuapp.

wupdmgr brings up a file not found error.

You're correct. It should be - Start button, All Programs, Windows
Update.
