Vista Tutorial - UAC and Security Alerts

I disabled UAC because CA Antivirus kept bringing up a warning or two but now
the Security Centre is showing an alert (RED) because I diabled UAC.

How can I get it to ignore the UAC Status and, unless there is another
alert, show GREEN or else I need to click into it and check that it is in
fact the UAC that is the alert and not something that I need to investigate.

Just disable the little red security shield in the taskbar ;o)

The directions on your site (which is great for inducing oneself to Vista,
good job!) seem to walk us through removing the security center all
together, please correct me if I'm wrong. I like how in XP SP2 you can
choose not to be notified about a certain aspect of the Security Center.
Such as if I'm running a hardware firewall and I want to turn off the
Windows Firewall I can do so and tell the security center not to inform me
of the firewall being off but continue to let me know if I have updates (if
you're not using the automatic install option) and if the virus program is
down.

Are there plans to implement this option in the future by any chance or is
this worth suggestion in feedback? Surely it's not unknown as this is how
it works in previous versions (of the security center, not Vista.)

Yeh, my site tells you how to remove the little annoying red shield in the
taskbar - that's it )
Security Center still stays, running away in the background (unless you stop
the service), but it's just an aesthetics thing )
