| | Windows Firewall - Isolation mode Hi Folks From my understanding with Isolation mode set, only authenticated users (In the same AD Forest) can access your PC. I have created a local rule on a Vista clinet connected to a Windows 2003 AD forest and then enabled the rule. With the rule enabled no traffic can connct to the target Vista PC when Require authentication is set. Does this feature only work in a native Longhorn/Vista enviroment? Ta SuperPlay |

| | RE: Windows Firewall - Isolation mode Do the XP clients have a matching IPsec rule to allow them to negotiate authentication? If they don't know to do so then what you are seeing is expected.
