Won't allow acess to photos, video's, etc

I just installed the premium home edition on my laptop. I am the
administrator on this machine. It still will not allow me access to my
photos, video's, etc due to security settings. It will not allow me to change
it. Can you please tell me how to change the settings so everyone can access
it? Please email me at Medaxe@adelphia.net/Medaxe@hotmail.com. Thanks

$400 and you can't change permissions? Too bad, Mac OS X has all these
features in Unix! Good luck!

Re: Won't allow acess to photos, video's, etc

Hello,

It sounds like you are attempting to access the hidden photos and videos
folder inside your documents folder.

These folders are no longer located in your documents folder; they are now
directly under your user folder.

What you see inside your documents folder is an application compatability
junction - you can see these because you told Windows Explorer to display
operating system files. They are not meant to be accessed - you need to use
the new locations instead.
