Hyperlinks no longer work in Excel after installing Vista

I have Excel sheets that have numerous hyperlinks. When I hit the hyperlink,
the following message comes up: "This operation has been cancelled due to
restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your System
Administrator."

The PC in questions is not on a network and is a personal home couter. How
do I fix this? Any ideas.
