Any OneCare Users Guide or Documentation?

I've browsed the Microsoft support site and can't find any documentation.
I'd like to download a copy if any is available. Also, which MS discussion
group handles OneCare software questions?

Thanks

The One Care user forum is here -
http://forums.microsoft.com/windowso....aspx?siteid=2

I've not seen any downloadable documentation but if you haven't seen it the
One Care Getting Started guide is here-
http://onecare.live.com/standard/en-...getstarted.htm and the One
Care Homepage is here - http://onecare.live.com/standard/en-us/default.htm

Re: Any OneCare Users Guide or Documentation?

Thanks. Actually, I found an HTML file at
http://72.14.209.104/search?q=cache:...=us&lr=lang_en
that is pretty comprehensive that led me to believe that there must be
documentation somewhere. The OC help system is one of those where you type
your question and it returns a number of choices for answers. I typically go
in circles on those and waste more time than figuring it out by using the
software. But it would be good to have documentation so that I can flip
through the pages. Electronic is nice also so that you can perform
word-searches.

Guess I'll have to wait until someone publishes a 3rd-party guide.

Thanks anyway.

The concept of the online help system is such that it allows it to be updated as
needed. It can be a pain to search, of course, but it actually works pretty
well. Some of the troubleshooting entries are a little sparse, though.
