AVG Kernel failed to initialize

I have the official release of Vista Home Premium. There seems to be an
intermittent problem with AVG Free Antivirus version 7.5.432. Everytime I
restart my computer I get an error message "AVG kernel failed to initialize".
I have to log off and then log back in order to get AVG to startup properly.

Does anyone else have this type of issue? If so, is there a way to resolve it?

I had it and it's been mentioned by others. I just use Avast free edition
instead. Works great.

Re: AVG Kernel failed to initialize

Get the new installer from free AVG websit - http://free.grisoft.com
The new installer version 7.5.441 fixes the kernel initialization issue and
other bugs.
If you still have v7.5.432, you'll be offered a big update that fixes the
kernel issue.
