Vista, McAfee and Webrook Antivirus

My McAfee Internet Security program was not working smoothly with my new
Vista Ultimate, so I uninstalled McAfee and installed Webrook Antivirus. I
had Webrook Antispyware, I just added the antivirus from Webrook. These
seem to work fine.
Is the antivirus program from Webrook good? I only have that one now. Is
safe to have only Webrook Antispyware and Antivirus?
Thanks in advance.
