McAfee Question

I'm having an HP dv9000t notebook put together as we speak. I didn't order
Norton with HP because I was told McAfee is the best (plus we use them here
at work). I called McAfee's 800 number and asked them if their 2007 Internet
Security Suite is compatible with the Windows Vista Home Premium that HP is
putting on my notebook. McAfee said only if the WVHP is a 32-bit edition.
Unfornately, the edition I'm getting is the 64-bit.

So, I'm looking for recommendations for security software? Should I go ahead
and go with Norton? Looking for feedback please. Thanks.

Re: McAfee Question

Use the build in firewall and try Avast www.avast.com for AV I'm very
satisfied with this setup.

Re: McAfee Question

McAfee is working on a 64-bit Vista compatible application for home/small
business users but it'll be at least a month before there is any positive
news.
