False Security Center Warning

Windows Security Center reports I do not have Antivirus or Defender
installed.
Even though AVG antivirus and Windows Defender are installed and working
properly.
I have Vista Ultimate.
Everything was fine before an improper shutdown.
I think WMI is corrupt maybe?

Is there a fix for this other than a Repair or Re-Install?
I turned off Security Center warning for these two option but would rather
fix the issue.

RE: False Security Center Warning

Please perform the following to resolve your issues.

Open elevated command prompt and type cd\windows\system32\wbem press enter

Then type ren repository repository.old and press enter.

Restart the computer and check your security center again hopefully
everything should be working there.

Thanks and Regards
