| Guest | Hide folder? I changed one of my admin accounts to a standard account. How can I now hide a folder from being seen on the standard account? I don't want to set permissions on it as that will only prompt for a password. I want to be able to make the folder hidden or private. Thanks, Walter |

| Guest | Re: Hide folder? Who do you want to hide it from? You can't hide it from the admin account. You can hide it from yourself by choosing Hidden on its properties. It will be hidden from other standard user accounts automatically. | Guest | Re: Hide folder? I originally had two admin accounts when I set up the folder. I have now changed one of the admin accounts to be a standard account. I want to hide the folder only from the standard account. The folder shows as available to both standard and admin. I thought then when I first installed Vista, when I created the folder I seem to remember a prompt coming up about making the folder hidden/private, but I could be wrong.
