Vista - Allow - I trust this program???

When I try to use certain 3rd party utility programs I get the:
"Open File - Security Warning" popup,

Followed by the:
User Account Control: "An unidentified program wants to access your
computer"

Each time I have to click:
Allow - I trust this program, I know where it's from or I've used it before.


There is no "Always allow option"
Is there a way to add these programs to an " I Trust this program" list so
that I'm not harassed each time I want to use those programs?

There should be a checkbox on that dialog to permanently stop the warning.
You can also do this:
1. Right-click the executable and select properties.
2. On the general tab click the Unblock button
3. Click OK.

I believe you need write-access to the executable to do that.

There is no way to always permit that. It sounds like the program is either
an installer (or detected as such) or it has a manifest that specifies that
it should be running as an admin. What program is it, and what does it do?
