Hey everyone,

I have tried to Download SEVERAL anti-virus programs with Windows Vista and
NOTHING is compatible. If anyone knows of one please let me know. Thanks.

Re: Virus Protection

What have you tried? Try Avast or AVG. They are free.

Matthew:
There are many anti-virus programs that are compatible with Vista. I
use Nod32 without any problems or conflicts with Windows x64, Vista x86 and
Vista x64. Also Avast (free), AVG, Norton 2007, McAfee Enterprise and CA
have compatible. Have a great day.

Grisoft AVG. It's free and it's compatible (and also very effective).

RE: Virus Protection

AVG Free definitely works; I'm using it - no problem!

RE: Virus Protection

I run Kaspersky AV / Internet Security 2007 for VISTA.

BEST AV in the BIZ next to Panda Anti-virus (which is not for vista)

Re: Virus Protection

i can tell you that norton 2007 is definitely NOT VISTA-COMPATIBLE. even
though i had a 12-month subscription, i still needed to uninstall it.

RE: Virus Protection

Stay away from Bitdefender and PC Security Shield. They don't work. I tried
and uninstalled them both. Stay with Avast or simialr.
