| Guest | Norton Protection Center with Vista always call for full system scan After I upgraded to Vista and from Norton Antivirus 2006 to 2007, I see alert under Norton Protection Center to "Fix Now". It ask for full system scan. I already "full scan" 4 times and "Fix Now" is still displaying, pointed to Full System Scan. |

I don't suppose it will be any consolation to know that you are one of the many thousands of people who have experienced difficulties with Norton products. This is why you will have a hard time finding a tech (like me) who doesn't *sell* Norton to recommend it. If you cannot persist with Symantec tech support and/or forums, I can only suggest that you post in the CastleCops Symantec forums if they still have them and maybe someone there can walk you through untangling the mess.
