Restore from "old" computer

After a fatal motherboard error I hade to reinstall Vista, Office 2007
Professional Pro and need to restore from backup made to a external harddrive
(Western Digital "My Book"). The backups where made using Vista Enterprice
backup function. The backup was initial a normal backup, and the following
incremental backups.

How do I restore the best way, regarding my different email accounts, logins
and so on? Is it better to search each seperate acount file or...?

Where do I find where the email accounts are stored and what thies files are
namned?

One big disadvantage I found looking at the restore process is that the
size, and created date for each individual files don't show up at all in the
restore views.

Regards / Tomas
