Webroot Spysweeper

Hi,
Just wondered if anyone can help me run webroots spysweeper for vista,
whilst i can install it ok the separate updater refuses to play ball,
any help suggestions gratefully recieved.

What exactly does "refuses to play ball" mean? I'm running Vista Ultimate
and have Spy Sweeper 5.3 installed and running with no problems. Are you
allowing the updater to get through your firewall?

if i don't remember wrong that i read sth on Webroot portal, the new
compliant version of Spy Sweeper will come on april

Same here but I got Spysweeper for MSN and it will download but not install.
