By Pass UAC for some old programs

Is there anyway to by pass UAC prompt for some programs? So that it will not
ask for permission everytime?

I don't want to turn it off but I don't want those program to ask for admin
password everytime when try to open it up, like STEAM.

Because I am using mutli user accounts and don't want my kids to ask for
password everytime when they try to run it.

The UAC is all or none, unfortunately.

Hi Murr,

Yes this works from Command Prompt, The Steps 9 and 10 are for making a shortcut to the task sch command to launch the program you specify in the first few steps of the tutorial and this can easily be used in command prompt or a shell script.
