has vista a new filesystem? If I boot with BartPe (Windows Pe) from rescure
CD I can't see me Vista Drive.

the same with Partition Magic 8.

Hi Frank,

No Vista still uses the NTFS file system, however Vista Ultimate comes with
a feature called "bitlocker drive encryption" which may cause the outcome
you are discribing if it is indeed enabled. If you have ultimate you should
be able to turn this off in your control panel.
