what is pfochk.exe and why is it trying to run in my start up routine. I

Re: pfochk.exe

I cannot find any information on the pfochk.exe file except in Spyware logs.
It isn't listed under Winternals or other sites that list most known Windows
processes. So, I'd say it's safe to take it out of your startup. You may
also want to run a spyware scan.
