Compusec disapearing volumes

I was using XP and compusec free full disk encryption worked like a charm.
Ive decrypted whole drive installed vista installed compusec on vista with
encryption keys on xp and encypted drive under vista and XP (i needed to
reboot) everything looked ok. On xp drives were fine. On vista 2 primary
partitions were fine but extended partition looked like it's empty. no
volumes on it. but when i run active partition recovery i recovered those
volumes in a matted of minute. It worked nicely but when i rebooted on vista
drives disapeared again every reboot i need to regover them. on xp
everything's fine.
I know that there is no offitial support for compusec on vista but maybe
someone can give me something that might work.

Might I be so bold as to inquire into why you are trying to use an
unsupported third-party product with no support for Vista instead of
BitLocker, which is built-in and supported?

Aah. OK, yes, that makes sense. It's tragic that BitLocker is not available
on Business. Any chance you could upgrade to Ultimate?

Dual-booting with XP is supported, but not really recommended. For instance,
system restore breaks when you do it.

I whish .. right now i couldn't even buy buisness. MSDNAA program allowed me
to use Vista

Yes, restore and if i enable symlinks volume isn't readable on xp .... xp is
there just in case...

Back to my problem i would only like to know is there anything that can be
done before there will be official support for compusec on vista. Assuming
that it's vistas fault(probably isn't so much of a bug as new way of doing
things) what can be done.

Doesn't MSDNAA let you get an Ultimate product key? I don't know as I only
have an MSDN Premium Business Professional Extra-Special Limited Enterprise
Specialist Edition With Whipped Cream and Cherry On Top (not that the
ludicrous SKU differentiation is difficult to follow or anything).

What do you mean by "enable symlinks?" They are already enabled, and there
are several by default. XP wouldn't know how to traverse them of course...

I am not 100% sure, but chances are compusec sets a non-standard signature
on the extended partition that Vista just doesn't know how to read. I think
your only option is to wait until it supports Vista unfortunately.

Probably it's something like that but the problem is with logical drives ..
the extended partition is just fine empty but size set. And I think that
partition recovery tool cant set partitions permanently the way vista would
see them on reboot is because the writing of partition table is probably
done trough compusec driver.
