How to create an advanced user just like it was done on XP? I've an
aplication which ran fine on XP (as advanced user) but is not on my vista.

For a single program, just right click and "Run as Administrator". Also, if
you right click the application, go to Properties, and the Compatibility
tab, there is a selection in there to always run as administrator. You might
also check the XP SP2 compatibility mode if it still doesn't work.

There are only two types of users in Vista, standard and administrator.
Even when running as an Administrator applications requiring admin
permissions will cause a prompt to display asking you to give permission for
it to run with admin privileges.
