Windows Live One Care(Status At Risk)

Please help me. I purchased pc in Jan 07 with Live One care. Kept receiving
notices that I needed to resubscribe. I did, now my status is at risk.
Had tech support work on it today, he said I had corrupt files and he got
the status up to good.

Turned off pc and on again tonight. Now I have a Big Red #1 again.

What is wrong with this software. The tech and I spent over two hours
working on this today and now I'm back with same message telling me that its
urgent and Windows Live Onecare could not download virus and spyware
definitions.

Any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

Continue to work with support. They will help you resolve this issue. If you
have additional One Care questions, the One Care forum is here -
