Import Certificate Problem

When I tried to import a certificate the "trusted root certificate
authorities" doesn't appear in the wizard. Any idea why ?

Whereas when I try user CERTMGR.MSC, it appears there and when I try the
import certificate option I get an error message " The import failed because
the store was ready only, the store was full or the store did not open
correctly" Any idea?

If you want screen shots please mail me at dileesh.ks@ita.gov.om and I can
sent the screen shots.

Re: Import Certificate Problem

Are you the administrator on that machine?

Re: Import Certificate Problem

Thanks for the reply.

Yes, I am the administrator.

I have a Administrator account for the local computer and my office system
Admin tried with the administrator account for the domain. Still no luck. Any
way to re-install only the certifcates store in Vista ?

Regards,

Dileesh
