Security Problem...

Hi;

With Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition Service Pack 2, I have next trouble...

I lost a user's profile, and delete it for rebuild it. But after this can´t open files .zip from
network sites or download this files type from internet. Show the message

Your current security settings do not allow this file to be downloaded.

OK
---------------------------

¿How I resolve this trouble?
¿What security settings or options ?

1. Please do not cross-post questions to every single newsgroup with the name
