Taking Control over Remote Assistance

Hi,
Can someone please explain, how does an admin takes complete control over a
regular user sesssion ?
The problem begins when the regular user have has to enter a password for
the admin to take control and the admin is blind at this stage.

So, where's the catch ?

Can you explain this?

Are you trying to offer remote assistance using the MSRA tool?
