Recommend Anti-Spyware app for VISTA

Use to run Spysweeper and loved it. Just upgraded to Vista 64bit, and Spysweeper no longer works with 64bit version.

A) Are there any true 64bit AntiSpyware apps out there?
B) If not, which 32bit works with 64bit vista and is recommended? I've heard a lot of pro/cons on Ad-Aware SE Professional.

I like AVG anti malware which is anti virus & spyware,
Runs in the background with no noticeable performance hit.
I run it along with defender.

Windows Defender comes pre-installed on Vista. Windows Defender is a good anti-spyware application.
