Getting "website wants to open web content" when printing with IE7

Whenever I try to print using IE7 under Vista, I get a popup saying "A
website wants to open web content using this program on your computer." I
have to click "allow". Every time.

It's getting really annoying. Doesn't look like there's any way to turn
that off specifically for printing, without reducing overall security.

SURELY there's a way to allow pre-approved print without turning off
protected mode altogether!
