Intel DQ965GF
Latest BIOS 5882
OS: Vista X64 Ultimate
TPM: ST Microelectronics 1.2

When I disable Bitlocker and want to reactive it I get an error.
All I can is to decrypt and recrypt the disk which is very time consuming.
Updating to latest BIOS Version didn't help.
Is this a known bug?

Bug or feature:?
I don't see the TPM device in the device manager with the Intel Motherboard.
But I saw it in a Lenovo Notebook.
Further I can't open the TPM Management on local Computer when Bitlocker is
enabled.
