IPSECCMD.EXE issues

IPSECCMD.EXE

I am getting this error every time I start up my computer. I have a feeling
that it is my VPN program which maybe causing this, but unable to isolate the
issue. I am seeing the following error message. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Problem signature:

Application Version: 5.1.2600.0

It appears that some application is attempting to use an ipsec configuration
tool on the wrong opperating system. My guess is that you're correct that
it's your VPN program.

I would contact your vendor.

Out of curiosity, which VPN vendor might this be?

Thank you for your response. I am currently trying to run Linksys VPN Client
to log into my work computer. I'm just wondering if the router is not Vista
ready. If so, is there a workaround to this issue? Please advise. Thanks!
