Security Report

This is my first computer and I am do not know how to work it very well.

I am on my home computer on my work e-mail and I can't write a response to a
e-mail that I received. There is a picture of a lock on the top right corner
of the
e-mail page and it says "security report."

Can anyone help me on why I can't write anthing on the response.

You need to provide a few essential details before anyone can begin to
help:

1) What specific email client software are you using?

2) How, specifically, do you connect to your employer's email server?
Is it via a VPN?

3) What has your employers's IT department said about the issue?

4) What corrective actions have you already tried?
