Vista Tutorial - Can't open web sites and chat IM's don't appear

Hey!I have been trying to get into www.Lloydstsb.co.uk for a while to do some
online banking but the web site won't show up and also while in a myspace
type site (dlist.com)when someone tries ti IM me it doesn't come through to
my computer-i have tried for ages to fiddle with the security on Vista to
allow both to happen but i just can't work it out-might be helpful to know i
have norton security-PLEASE HELP ME...i am getting so stressed lol

I went to both of your sites with no problems. I using Vista Ultimate,
Vista's FW, NOD32 and I am running as Admin. You might want to disable
Norton and activate Vista's FW to see what happens.
