I see one difference in the headers between your post. When your public IP address is showing, your post includes these lines: X-Antivirus: avast! (VPS 000748-5, 13/06/2007), Outbound message X-Antivirus-Status: Clean When your post is showing 127.0.0.1 I don't see those lines. I would suspect something about the way your anti virus program is working.
