Installing Norton AntiVirus

I have Norton AntiVirus 2005, and I am trying to install it on vista, but says

"This product requires Windows 98, windows Me, and windows XP. setup will
quit."

I'v contact Symantic, and they said it can only work on those OS listed
Above.
Is there anyway I can make Norton Antivirus 2005 work on Vista?

No. There is no way this will work. Sorry.

Avast is a free antivirus program that I've used on x86 Vista. Might give
that a try.

Re: Installing Norton AntiVirus

Trend's PC cillin beta will work with vista. Give that a hook if you'd like
as well.

Re: Installing Norton AntiVirus

Versions of Norton as of right now are not compatible with Vista
