For instance: What antivirus software are you running and is it part of a package that includes a firewall (for instance McAfee or Symantec)? Are you talking about the Windows Firewall shutting off? What is telling you that the firewall is shut off? Which version of Windows Vista do you have? | | Re: firewall shutting off all the time???? You are on the right track, Chase, Windows One Care has its own 2 way firewall and shuts the windows firewall down.
