Vista - SpyLocked 4.3 Virus

I am in fiected with this virus which is making my WE stop and re-start every
10 seconds. I have used one care, Norton and Super Anti Spyware to no avail.
Any help would be very appreciated!!!

Try this:-
1>Turn off System Restore.

2>Start in Safe mode (Press F8 whilst your PC is booting up).

3>Then run your Norton antivirus. (Look at the Symantec website first as
they may have a removal tool for your particular virus/trojon)

4>Install Lavasoft ad-aware (Free) .Download the latest definitions and run
this in Safe mode as well.

Alot of Viruses stay and can`t be shifted if the System restore is still
running and also if Windows has been booted normally.

Unfortunately that will not do it. The OP has a form of Smithfraud which can be fixed but not by Norton or an Anti Virus. Look and read the link that Malke supplied in her post.
