Vista Tutorial - data execution prevention help

lately DEP has been occuring on my pc, when it does i click "Close Message",
then the error report asks me to send or not. But then whatever I choose in
a sec, my whole screen goes blank except for the background and SOMETIMES
everything goes back to normal, but on the other half, only my menu bar
appears and i can't run any programs unless i restart, what's the solution if
there is one to immediately being able to run my programs again? Cuz DEP has
mainly been closing internet explorer automatically for me.

Report the issue to msoft and upgrade everything!
