I have vista home premium oem and they motherboard was broken

i got a prebuilt pc with vista and they motherboard was faulty and they
replaced it and now vista won't work any way i can sort this

They should install a new OEM for you as they can't be transferred.

Probably, but you gave no details such as exactly what happens, what
kind of media you have etc.

Most OEMs provide their own customized media if they provide it at
all.

If it was a motherboard swap out for the same one, I beleive you can
call MS and explain the situation. They should be able to give you
some help.
