Active X control

Hello

I don't get install activeX controls. I need install the HP for detection of
my computer updates, but it don't install.
How do I need to config Internet Explorer for acept this controls?

Please help me.

Close all programs. Start - All Programs - Accessories - IE without add
ns - try that.

In your REGULAR IE - Tools - Internet Options - Security Tab - Reset All
Zones to Default
button. Close and restart IE. Check you Firewall Settings.

I've been a restore for previous installs, before last Windows Updates, and
now that works fine! Wired.
