How can I detect an UAC prompt in Windows Vista?

Hi,

Does anyone know how to detect when a user is prompted by UAC (User Account
Control) in Windows Vista? My remote control application must be able to
detect if a remote user that is running Windows Vista must locally interact
(= click on "Continue" or "Cancel") when UAC prompts an Elevation, Consent or
Credential prompt.
