Vista Security Center - Firewall Check

New HP Notebook w/ Vista Home Prem & Norton's Internet Security
(pre-installed)Why won't Vista Security Center recognize that I have Norton's
Internet Security Firewall installed and active? Currently showing in RED
status. Win Firewall is off and MS Defender is off.
