Which is the best ice cream?

Your question is one that cannot be answered in any meaningful way.

Security is about mitigating risks, so if you told us what risks you
are trying to mitigate, we might be able to provide good guidance.

If quality is a priority to you, stick with the build-in one. If your
priorities are different let us know your preferences in terms of
windows colors, preferred number of nonsense pop-up's per hour and so
forth. Then we're able to point you to something less secure but more
fancy.

Re: Firewall

Neither. Get a router with a true hardware firewall.

RE: Firewall

The vista firewall is sooo good that it is impossible for the user to do
everything he wants. A friend was trying to print a page from my printer even
with the firewall of it wouldn't work great stuff!

A user wanting to do something is normally a concern.

If it didn't work even with the firewall off, why on earth are you
blaming the firewall?
