What is known about this acct: TrustedInstaller?

A member of the Admin gp cannot run a .exe file, and the file's Security
shows an entry for TrustedInstaller.

Disabling UAC does not solve the problem.

An update follows:
The .exe file is now executable.

Solution:
The file's property General tab had a line at the bottom as follows:
(below the Attributes line is a Security line)
"This file came from another computer and might be blocked to help protect
this computer"
And there is an "Unblock" button

Clicking on the Unblock button solved the problem.


Cause: I had copied the file from another op system on a dual boot setup.
