Windows Defender will not detect my Anti-Virus Software

Windows defender for some reason will not detect my Norton 360 which includes
an anti-virus so I always keep getting that annoying pop up telling me that I
am not secure.

Any way to make or help Defender detect it on my computer?

You should be able to go to WD and use Tools/Software Explorer, find the
program, and press the Show All User button that will active the
Add/Disable/Delete buttons.

Remember the location of the software, delete, and add it back or
disable/enable to see of that corrects the problem.

Re: Windows Defender will not detect my Anti-Virus Software

I did what you said. I disabled it then I enabled it. Didn't work. So I
removed it and then I rebooted and re-added it and then rebooted and still it
didn't work.

You can also try deleting it first out of WD and then uninstall 360 and
install it again too, to see if that will buy you anything.
