how to you to in a domain with logon pictures?

the vista include is not nice for manager users and 1000 user with different
picture is too complex...

You mean how do you get Vista's version of the classic logon screen?

Run secpol.msc as administrator. Navigate to Local Policies>Security
Options. Double-click on "Interactive Logon: Do not display last user
name ". Change the setting to "Disabled".
