Mouse Gone Nuts!

Even when disconnected from the internet my mouse pointer will move and
click on items; any ideas?

Disconnecting a computer from the Internet will have no affect upon the
functioning of a mouse. That's because the mouse doesn't rely upon the
Internet to function, but rather the physical inputs from the user's hand.
