Vista - Can't delete folder for software program

I have a Saitek X52 joystick and I just found out the programming software
for it doesn't work with Vista. I'm trying to delete the folder so I can
install the new software but it won't let me, keeps saying I need permission.

I'm logged in as an administrator (properties say admins have full control)
and I've tried with UAC on and off. No luck with either. Anyone know what I
need to do to delete this folder?

I'm running Vista Home Premium edition.

Boot into safe mode and then try to delete it.
