The so and so Defender

Home premium. Like all postings on this subject Defender will not turn
on. Have tried every which way as suggested by MothiKap , but command
eventualy tells me access denied, although I am the Administrator. So
what is next cure , pls ? Thanks Michael

Have you tried re-downloading it and then running it from that
download?

I don't know how you're doing it, because you're not giving any details.

But, maybe you need to do a Run as Administrator to escalate the program's
privileges, even though you are Admin on the machine.
