How do I turn off the "UAC is off" message

I've made the choice to turn off UAC. However, Windows insists on spamming me
that its turned off every time I start up the computer. I want it to stop.
How do I accomplish this?

I recommend turning UAC on for obvious security reasons. Applications
should not be allowed admin rights.

To turn on the warnings check the Security Centre.

Unfortunately, the if you turn it off, you must disable ALL security center notifications....that or deal with the one message at startup. I chose the latter.

Hi Ignatious,

You can see how here. It turns off all Security Center Warning notifications though.

Re: How do I turn off the "UAC is off" message

Thanks Spirit, this is what I needed. The author on the website is quite
correct. The popup is only effective if the user understands what they are
responding to. And most users will hit allow anyway because they want the
program to work. UAC doesn't really protect a computer from malicious code.
It only shifts the decision to run from always happening to a user choice.
And that choice is only as good as the user running the computer.
